Premier Inn Bolton (Stadium/Arena)

Very clean and in a convenient location .my accessible room was ideal .but I have to say the staff are absolutely excellent and made my stay so much better. Id like to particularly mention Rachel and Jill on reception and Jo in housekeeping . The breakfast was lovely and a bargain I would recommend this hotel for a short stay and I will certainly go back

Very clean and extremely comfortable mattress for grabbing some well deserved sleep after travelling by car; continental breakfast perfect way to start the day, as you begin your journey to your next destination. The Premier Inn is well catered for car parking and without having to pay for overnight parking

For an event on the west side of Bolton, this Premier Inn is a very positive contrast to the one a bit closer-in on Chorley New Road. The staff are efficient and friendly; the desk clerk was genuinely interested in my son's Rubik's speedcubing competition which is what had brought us to Bolton. Our family room offered the quiet and comfort that we expect from a Premier Inn, although we found the little tables on either side of the large bed too small to serve as nightstands. The free wifi worked reliably during our stay and sufficed for email and web browsing but not video, as we chose not to upgrade to the faster, paid wifi. Stay here only if you have transport to get where you're going; the only local establishments are stadiums and a large retail park, there is no neighbourhood. There's no need to book breakfast, as the nearby retail park hosts a Gregg's and a McDonald's. One caution: do check the schedule of football matches in the arena across the road, and plan not to drive to or from the hotel around the ending times of those matches; the roads are jammed!

The room was the usual comfortable, clean experience you expect from Premier Inn, but what put this visit apart was the staff from the moment I arrived until leaving. Everyone was friendly, professional but most importantly kind which turned an emotional event (nothing to do with Premier Inn, completely a me thing) into something manageable and they restored my faith in customer service again!

Gill and Nancy on reception are brilliant, nothing is to much trouble and they like a laugh aswell, stayed for 3 weeks for work and they both made our week.i asked for a room away from work colleagues as I like an early night whilst the work colleagues liked to go over to the harvester for a few drinks

This hotel has excellent staff and does a great breakfast. Leanne, Gill, Lorraine and Kirsty in the kitchen couldn't do enough for us. Just off the motorway and located centrally for the football ground, shops and restaurants. I will definitely be returning.
